Summer Salad

This is one of those salads that I just decided to try, and now I'm wondering why I did not try it sooner! It's fantastic! I, of course, didn't think until about half way through it... I should take pictures in case this turns out good! Then I made the dressing for it, and as I was pouring it onto the mixture said, "Shoot! I was gonna take a picture of it!" 
The cucumber was crunchy, the red onions were perfect, and the feta cheese completely brings it all together. Next time you have a crawfish boil or barbeque, take this with you!
